Refund Policy:
The cut-off for registration is September 30th. Please ensure that your payment is in by this time!! If for some reason you cannot pay on time, please contact us and make arrangements to pay by October 31st. If you miss the deadline, you forfeit your spot on a team and your name will be added to a waiting list.
*** Please realize that until you have completed your payment you will not be allowed to play for liability reasons (absolutely no exceptions will be made). ***
Liability Info:
Once registered, either by way of online or in-person submission, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate and that you acknowledge and accept that the game of soccer comes with inherent risks of serious injury and that you release the Fort McMurray Women’s Soccer Association from any and all liability whether from negligence or not.
Registration Fees:
If you have registered but not yet paid for the Indoor 2011 season you must arrange for payment of your registration fee on or before Sept. 30th if you want to continue playing in the league.
