Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued after November 7th.
Liability Info:
Once registered, either by way of online or in-person submission, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate and that you acknowledge and accept that the game of soccer comes with inherent risks of serious injury and that you release the Fort McMurray Women’s Soccer Association from any and all liability whether from negligence or not.
Red & Yellow Card Policy:
The FMWSA will adhere to the following policy regarding red and yellow cards given during a game:
1 red card issued during a game = 1 game suspension (next scheduled game)
2 yellow cards issued during a game = 1 game suspension (next scheduled game)
Registration Fees:
If you have registered but not yet paid for the Indoor 2010/2011 season you must arrange for payment of your registration fee on or before November 8th if you want to continue playing in the league.
